Lemon Garlic Salmon with Asparagus (test)

Ingredients
- 2 item salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 item garlic cloves, minced
- 1 item lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear salmon, skin-side down if applicable, for 3 to 4 minutes; flip and cook 2 minutes.
- Add asparagus to the pan and cook until bright green, 3 to 4 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and butter; toss to coat.
- Finish with parsley and serve with the pan juices.
